Very good spread of breakfast and live stations

We didn’t know it was a pet friendly hotel and my little one was terrified unfortunately with walking dogs everywhere. Not discriminating but would prefer that the room is pet free for hygiene reasons.

The rooms are quite dated and smell for mould. The check in took painfully long: 2 staff for a cue of 6 people. One reason for the painful check in are the many questions and the paper work to be processed - disturbing in digital times! They also got the booking.com booking wrong and wanted to charge us for dinner when it was half board. This came up even after retiring home when they called again and said they would have to charge for dinner. They finally accepted that their system was wrong. Annoying for a so called 5-star!

Need to be more friendly staff including management

I book only because it's pet friendly

1st when I was queuing for check in counter when I was the 1st guest to be with counter the manager asking me for all passport or NRIS of all pax and never reserved my check in after I returned I have to re-queued again it's was very frustrating as I was with my 82 years old mother sitting at the corner with my son has to be with her and my cat. During our 2nd day there was a blackout in the early morning and we were awake due to no aircon that eas around 6am and there were no apology from the hotel or anything. It seems like this incident is very common. This is really outrageous

Marcus was the real highlight in making my stay memorable.

Luxury property, very stylish and spacious. Marcus at bar near pool was a brilliant host, who went the extra mile. The perfect hospitality ambassador to the hotel.

My booking wasn’t logged when I checked in and took 20mins to find. Price went up $1,000 from what my booking showed. I complained and it was changed. The breakfast was disappointing every day. Very little choice of interesting foods and breads were always stale. No mini bar in room and no room service for drinks or snacks. A shame, because the property is beautiful. Generally other staff were very friendly.

love the place but they really have to do something abt the service.

i love the ambience. i do feel like im not in Singapore. Love having the peacocks around and to be amidst lush greenery.

Service. 1)The wait for check in even though i arrived after 3pm. 2)The wait for morning breakfast. it was chaotic. there were people who didn't queue up and just helped themselves to empty tables from the stairway from the pool that leads to the breakfast area while some of us had to queue up to wait for tables. The chef at the omelette counter had so many orders that when i came to write my order on the sheet of order paper, he kept repeating himself saying,' there are many orders huh, you see, you have to wait huh at least 20-25minutes ah' as if trying to deter me from ordering. 3) They have a one touch dial for anything we need help with but its either no answer or long wait before an answer. When i checked in i called for scotch tape(as i needed to decorate the room as its my husband's birthday, the lady on the line said I'll check if we have and get someone to send over. However, nothing was sent. She could have at least informed me that 'I'm sorry we don't have scotch tape.' 4) Its funny how i booked 2 identical rooms but my kids room was different from mine. theirs had 2 chairs and a table in their balcony but mine didn't. They had a nice sitting chair in the corner of their room next to the wardrobe, but mine didn't. They had a painting on the wall facing the main door however ours had 2 nails on the wall jutting out with no painting. 5)On our second day my kids room toilet spewed out black stuff and water from the water trap. They sent some Indian workers who worked on it and im grateful. However, the person in charge who followed the Indian workers was standing around outside and kept telling his workers to hurry up its Sunday, its almost 5pm and he wants to go off already. (Which i found was very unprofessional!) I'm glad his workers were nice and helpful and very efficient.

Overall comfortable and relax

Quiet, clean, scenic and good food.

The bathroom setup is a hit & miss. Provision of soap in a pump was rather odd for a 5star + over a bath tub setting is rather inconvenient. I had to get up and apply my shampoo then lie back down in the water. Haha. The tap, the spray is not the most thought after. Water was splashing all over the vanity counter. Soft foam spray would have been a better choice. Service a Lebar was average. However, kudos to The Cliff for being so accomodating.

1. Nobody at the frontdesk when i wanted to check in. Kind of weird. No bell so i need to hellllloooooooo.... excuseeee meeeee for few times. First time ever in my life 2. I asked for bubble soap, but the housekeeping gave me bubble salt. Since he is not mutilingual... so no choice. Appreciate his swift action 3. When i was checking out, the receptionist told me that the bill include billing from the one of the resto which is correct becoz i had tea with my wife. To my horror, the lady next to the receptionist said... oh its because of the honey. I did asked honey when i had my tea, but the waiter told me that its free. Im ok if it is chargeable, but it was very rude for the lady next to the receptionist to say oh because of the honey while it was for the tea i ordered. I cant imagine if i was with my business guess or any other important people. I was quite upset with her comment. Hope the staff can be tought how to comment infront of the guess because you'll never know what sort of people you're dealing with as the comment carries the hotel's reputation

Good old resort

The location is good with two beaches, Palawan and Tanjong, nearby. And also shuttle bus is very convience for leave Sentosa island. Gym and swimming pool is not big, but enough.

No convinence store. So you should buy nesessaey items such as water, snacks and so on before back reosrt. And it is near the sea, so the humidity is very high.

Second time here. Lovely location and holiday vibe Rooms are comfortable . Pool area is very relaxing.

Buffet breakfast was reasonable, vast selection of food cuisine Food and drinks are very expensive though More than $20 for beer and $10.50 for a nespresso coffee.. It made you leave hotel to dine. Would turn us off visiting again
